Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.
What is your return policy for fixtures and fans?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and uninstalled condition. Please note that custom orders and clearance items are final sale.
Do your ceiling fans come with a warranty?
Yes, all Arranmore ceiling fans include a limited lifetime motor warranty and a 1-year warranty on all other parts and electronics.
Are your lighting products compatible with smart home systems?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
