At Arranmore Lighting & Fans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture or fan doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging and uninstalled condition.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Carefully repack the item in its original box with all internal protective padding, hardware, and instruction manuals to ensure it arrives safely.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
